Establishing Urban Revitalization and Regional Development Strategies with Consideration of Urban Stakeholders Based on the ISA-NRM Approach

Urban revitalization has already become the main goal for urban managers. However, various stakeholders may have different perspectives on revitalization. Therefore, how managers understand stakeholders’ needs and determine sustainable development strategies a significant challenge. This study defines four driving aspects of (infrastructure construction, living environment, trade investment, consciousness). It analyzes status importance satisfaction (residents, sojourners, travelers) using ISA (importance analysis) approach.
